Five years of your public 990 filings analyzed, a findings memo and a one-hour debrief. The full fee counts toward a model.
Essentials model
Fee $10,000
Five-year forecast, three financial statements, cash outlook, budget vs. actual and a Board View with warning signs. Three Board training sessions, 5 biweekly coaching sessions for your CEO or CFO, and model upkeep
Standard model
Fee $18,000
Everything in Essentials, plus a CEO dashboard, 6 additional coaching sessions, program break-even, staffing plan, debt tracking, stress tests and three scenarios
Full model
Fee $28,000
Everything in Standard, plus valuation, capital projects, endowment planning and peer comparisons, 4 additional coaching sessions for CEO or CFO and 4 quarterly reviews with Board Finance Committee.
